LED Packaging Process

4. Crystallize, put the PCB printed electronic circuit board with the barbed crystal directly into the thermal circulation oven for a period of time, and then take it out after the silver slurry is cured (not to be left for a long time, otherwise LED chip will roast yellow as a coating, that is, oxidation, which will cause economic difficulties to Bunding). If there is LED chip Bunding, it needs the above analysis of several important steps; If we only have IC chip specification, we can cancel through the above research steps.

5. Wire welding. LED bead manufacturers use aluminum wire welding machine to bridge the wafer (LED grain or IC chip) with the aluminum wire surface of the corresponding pad on PCB board, that is, the inner lead of COB is welded.

6. During preliminary detection, use special detection tools (different equipment according to different uses of mandrel, simple is a high-precision power supply) to detect the mandrel plate, and the unqualified plate will be repaired again.

8. After curing, put the sealed pcb or lamp holder into the thermal circulation oven, and set the drying time as required.

9. In general testing, the packaged pcb printed circuit board or lamp holder shall be used for electrical performance testing with special testing tools to distinguish between good and bad.

10. Beam splitting. Use a beam splitting machine to distinguish lights with different ambient brightness according to requirements.

11. In the warehouse. Then go out and make contributions to the people in batches!

High-power LED also needs aluminum base circuit board with high thermal conductivity to conduct heat conduction, and then heat sink is added to dissipate heat for normal use. No matter what type of lamp bead, All leds need to be driven by a constant current power supply to ensure a stable working state.
